Why it all starts with the perfect diet...
I use to struggle with my weight.
Year after year I'd start a new diet in January but by late February I was losing my mojo.
My plan that was so exciting and full of promise in January would look pretty unsexy next to the pink Whoopie Pies.
Who wants to eat kale when chocolate is within reach? And don't even get me started about the triple whammy of Valentine's day, Mardi Gras and my son's birthday which just happens to land on St. Patrick's Day.
By the end of March I was done. I would be blaming my diet for not being "the one" and blaming myself for a lack of willpower and motivation.
