You could figure out how to get there, but sometimes you need a map.  

Weight loss is an ongoing and changing process that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, confused and stuck.  That's where I come in.  First, we create an individualized plan that works with your lifestyle to jumpstart your metabolism.  Next we delve into the sticky corners of your brain to uncover all of the thought patterns that keep you doing the same thing over and over.  Then we work together, one on one, to create new neural pathways so you can be the architect of your own weight loss and more importantly, the life you want to live.  Finally we develop a success map to keep you moving forward long after the program is over.  Through this process you have me guiding you, supporting you and holding you accountable to your own goals.  As one of my mentors used to tell me, sometimes you need a hug, sometimes you need a kick in the pants but you always need a coach.
